PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All products sold by Purrheads are made to order and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Because products are custom-made, production may begin shortly after purchase.
Once production has started, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. In all cases, any claim for a refund or replacement must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase, and no refund will be issued after 30 days of the date of purchase, except where a longer period is required by applicable law.
Product photographs, mockups, colors, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, manufacturing tolerances, garment suppliers, and production methods.
Minor variations in color, print placement, sizing, stitching, garment dimensions, or appearance shall not be considered defects.
PRICING AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to modify product pricing, descriptions, promotions, discounts, product availability, and website content at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or reject any order at our sole discretion.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment, and shipping information.
Purrheads shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by customers.
