2. PRODUCTS

Purrheads sells made-to-order apparel and related products through its online store.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Minor variations in color, print placement, sizing, and appearance may occur and shall not be considered defects.

3. PRICES

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency selected by the customer.

Prices may be modified at any time without notice.

Applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges may be added where required by law.

4. ORDERS

An order becomes final once payment has been successfully processed.

Purrheads reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of fraud, payment issues, stock limitations, fulfillment issues, pricing errors, or any other legitimate reason.

5. PAYMENT

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Purrheads does not store customers’ full payment card information.

6. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

All products are produced on demand after an order is placed.

Production times and shipping estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Purrheads shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Incorrect, damaged, defective, or misprinted products may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase. No refund will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Because all products are made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Ordering the wrong product or color

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, graphics, logos, illustrations, photographs, and materials available on the website remain the exclusive property of Purrheads or their respective owners.

No rights are transferred to customers through the purchase of products.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Purrheads shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, internet outages, or supplier failures.

10. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Purrheads’ liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by French law.

Any dispute arising from a purchase shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under local law.
