PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically produced within 2 to 7 business days.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high demand, production times may be longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

• United States:
  Typically 2 to 7 business days after shipment.
• Canada:
  Typically 5 to 10 business days after shipment.
• Europe:
  Typically 3 to 10 business days after shipment.
• Australia and New Zealand:
  Typically 5 to 15 business days after shipment.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when available.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Purrheads is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.
